You may return unopened, unused products up to 30 days from the original ship date for a full refund, minus a 15% restocking fee. Due to sanitary issues, all products must be unopened to be eligible for return. CPAP and related machines will not be eligible for return if usage hours register >0 and/or visible signs of wear are present. We disclaim any losses due to damage or breakage of products during return shipping. Shipping fees are not refundable and return shipping is not covered.

Singular sleep will accept returns on merchandise sold that has manufacturing defects. If the product you purchased has defective materials and/or workmanship, please contact us first for troubleshooting and then, if troubleshooting is unsuccessful, you will be authorized to send the item back to Singular Sleep. Please note that any associated shipping cost to return merchandise to Singular Sleep, LLC may or may not be covered in warranty situations, depending on the item's manufacturer.
